1. Obtain a copy of your most recent vaccination/immunization records. Verify your dog is eligible to visit.
All dogs visitng the facility are required to be current on Rabies, Distemper (DHLP or similar) and Bordetella (canine cough).
2. Create an ONLINE ACCOUNT using your Email Address or Cell Phone #. Note: two phone numbers are required for all accounts.
3. Complete required information, including the "Getting to Know You" section of the online form.
4. Sign the PET SERVICE & CLIENT AGREEMENT
Registration must be completed PRIOR to your first visit.
You can upload your Vaccination Record to your account or ask your Veterinarian or Clinic to send them to us.
Although we will accept Vaccination Records at time of check-in, it is strongly recommended that we have all required information prior to dropping your dog off. We want your experience to be great! Thanks!
