Pay rates are based on work experience. Dog or animal experience not required for any position, handling and grooming education is provided on the job. Team Manager 

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, managing/supervising team members, performing employee training and filling in for staff shortages. The Team Manager is also responsible for handling dogs, learning/understanding dog behavior and communicating to customers about their dogs. Managers are expected to evaluate and take action on customer feedback, manage our Facebook and social media posts, oversee report cards and customer communication, lead employee and customer appreciation and other service oriented initiatives. All team members learn how to groom (perform bath/nails). HR functions, such as employee schedule, time off requests, candidate selection, interviews and hiring are also a part of this diverse and fast paced job role!  

Candidates must have 2+ years of management experience, with emphasis on leading a team of people. Looking for individuals who can problem solve, learn quickly, understand basic computer and network technology, adapt to change and be a positive leader for our team.

Must be available to cover for all shifts, ranging from 6am to 7pm Monday through Friday. Also from 7:30am-5:30pm Saturdays. Sundays at our Monroe location. 40-45 hrs per week on average.


Customer Service/Handling Specialist - can be 30-45 hours per week

Shifts are Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm (hours may vary). One Sat/Sun per month required.

Weekend Support



Customer Service/Handling Specialist

Responsible for working with both dogs and customers, learning dog handling and behavior, feeding/medicating, bath/nail trims, answering phones, explaining our services, offerings and policies to customers, providing customer tours and booking reservations. Must be comfortable talking with people and able to provide excellent service and care (both for our doggie guests and pet parents).

Daily cleaning duties include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shoveling, waste and play-yard maintenance.

PM Support & Cleaning

Responsible for cleaning the daycare and grooming areas of the facility. Employees must be able to bend, lift, work independently and efficiently for this fast-paced shift. Some shifts include feeding/medicating.

CS & Front Desk 

Responsible for checking customers in/out, bringing dogs to the lobby, keeping our lobby and front entrance neat and tidy. Also responsible for monitoring and handling our small dog play group! 

Weekend Customer Service, Handlers & Boarding Care

Responsible for handling dogs, customer service, assigned cleaning tasks, feeding/medicating and bath/nails. Employees must be able to bend, lift and work independently and efficiently. Cleaning tasks include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shoveling, waste and outdoor yard clean up.

Saturday   6:30am-12:00pm or 12:00pm-5:30pm
Sunday     7:00am-12:00pm or 3:00-5:30pm
